These are the current adult study classes:

Applied Life – Room 214: This class, facilitated by Jill & Bob Freeman, is discussing “tough issues” based on Adam Hamilton’s series, Confronting the Controversies. The study encourages discussion of Biblical perspectives on tough issues.

Faith Builders – Bride’s Room, main level:  The class, led by Dale Rohrbach, will be discussing Max Lucado’s DVD series, Fearless. Max Lucado is a popular Christian writer who addresses the issue of living your life fully for Christ. What would it be like to not worry? To live without fear of failing? Join us as we talk about what this might mean to us as Christians.

Growing Christians – Room 204:  Join us for a look at the last 24 hours of Jesus’ life. The study, written by Adam Hamilton, uses an on-site DVD to help us place the actual events of Jesus’ life.

Progressive – Room 202:  Using the Adult Bible Study Series the class, led by Al Newman, will look at scripture in light of today’s world. This spring we will look at the books of Jonah and Ruth. This study challenges us to make our faith communities welcoming, inclusive places where others who may feel like foreigners in a strange land can find acceptance and love.

Seekers – Room 216:  Celebrate the Risen Christ, written by Andy and Sally Langford, challenges us to follow Jesus and his disciples to Jerusalem and the sites of Jesus’ death and resurrection. Join us as we walk not only with Jesus and his followers, but with other faithful followers.

Williette Myers – Room 203:  Using the Adult Bible Study Series the class, led by Sue Soergel and Marc Thompson, will look at scripture in light of today’s world. This spring we will look at the books of Jonah and Ruth. This study challenges us to make our faith communities welcoming, inclusive places where others who may feel like foreigners in a strange land can find acceptance and love.

Young Careers – Library, 2nd floor:  Join us for a look at the last 24 hours of Jesus’ life in Adam Hamilton’s 24 Hours That Changed the World. The study uses an on-site DVD to help us place the actual events of Jesus’ life.
